The FC Barcelona Futsal is the Futsal division of FC Barcelona . The club plays in the División de Honor de Fútbol Sala , the highest futsal league in Spain.
The team was founded in 1986 and has been maintained at professional level since September 14, 2006. Except for five seasons in the División de Honor de Fútbol Sala , the club has always belonged to the first-class División de Honor . In the 2010/11 season, the team won the Spanish Futsal Championship for the first time.
