The FC Bulle is a football club in Switzerland from the city of Bulle in canton Friborg . FC Bulle currently plays in the first division , the third highest league in Switzerland. FC Bulle was one of the "big players" in French-speaking Switzerland from 2003 to 2005, when they played in the Challenge League . In the 2003/04 season, the team even reached the second round of the Swiss Cup , where they failed at FC Thun .

At the beginning of the 2009/10 season, the former Swiss national player and player of Hamburger SV and the English Premier League Stéphane Henchoz was signed as coach.
