The FC Hammonia Hamburg was a sports club from Hamburg and one of the 86 founding clubs of the German Football Association . He was represented here by Walter Sommermeier.

The club emerged on the right of the Alster from the seminar association Frisch-Auf and played between 1896 and 1902 in the highest class of the Hamburg-Altona Football Association (HAFB). It was dissolved again in 1904.
