The FC Thai Airways-Ban Bueng is a Thai football club from Ban Bueng . The club plays in the Thai Premier League Division 1 . He plays his home games in the Beer Chang Stadium in the Ban Bueng district . The club is a works association of the Thai airline Thai Airways and is financially supported and sponsored by them. In 2008 the club was still based in Bangkok and was only called FC Thai Airways . For the 2009 season he then moved to Chonburi Province , to Ban Bueng . This was done primarily in order to be able to develop a larger fan base. In 2007 and 2008, the club narrowly escaped relegation. With Jadet Meelarp it was possible at the beginning of the 2009 season to sign an experienced coach. Jadet already led Chonburi FC to the championship in 2007. However, he left the club for the summer break and went to Pattaya United .
