FIA EcoTest

The FIA Foundation (World Association of Automobile Club) has FIA Ecotest defines a rating system that the pollutants carbon monoxide , hydrocarbons , nitrogen oxides , as well as in Diesel the soot particles and the greenhouse gas CO 2 comprises. The pollutants are summarized in a single indicator (stars or points), the CO 2 assessment differentiates between the vehicle classes (two-seater small cars to luxury cars).
