Fabián Felipe Taborda (born September 19, 1978 ) is a Colombian football coach who took part in the 2015 World Cup with the Colombian women's national football team .

Career

Taborda initially worked as a physical education teacher and supervised the Colombian U-17 national team of juniors, which he led to the soccer world championships in 2012 and 2014 .

In July 2014 he took over the Colombian senior team and led them to second place behind Brazil at the 2014 South American Championship , which also meant qualifying for the 2015 World Cup . There he and his team reached the first knockout round of 16 , which was lost 2-0 to the United States .
