Fabian Vogt
Fabian Vogt (born May 5, 1967 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German writer, musician, cabaret artist and pastor .
Life
Fabian Vogt studied Protestant theology , literature and singing . In 2009 he received his doctorate with a dissertation on preaching as an experience . He works u. a. as pastor for "communication projects" in the Evangelical Church of Hesse and Nassau. He also writes as a freelance writer for various newspapers, writes novels, non-fiction books, lyrics, plays and short stories. He regularly holds devotions on the hr3 broadcast Moment mal .
The Swiss theologian Arnold Zwahlen describes him as "a representative of emerging church pastors who have set themselves the goal of changing the services of traditional churches in a contemporary and postmodern manner without fundamentally questioning the churches and their beliefs".
Together with Martin Schultheiß, Vogt forms the music cabaret " Duo Camillo ".
Vogt is married to Miriam Küllmer-Vogt. They have two children and live in Oberstedten in the Taunus.
