Fabrizio Borelli

Fabrizio Borelli (* 1951 in Rome ) is an Italian cameraman and film director .

Life

After completing his training at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia , Borelli devoted himself to photography and camera work for many commercial films, but also for Andrej Tarkowski and Ettore Scola . At the beginning of the 1980s a collaboration with Ermanno Olmi began ; Borelli co-founded the Istituto Paolo Valmaran and wrote and directed the film L'attesa in 1991 . He later turned back to photography.
