Facebook Home is free software for the Android operating system that was introduced on April 4, 2013. It replaces the lock screen with the latest pictures and messages from friends, a requirement for this is a login to the social network Facebook . Range of functions
Facebook Home consists of several programs that are installed through the Play Store . All functions are only available if all applications are used. Facebook Home is generally used without unlocking the screen of the device in question.
The core of the application are the components Cover Feed and Chat Heads . The former shows new pictures, messages and other content on the screen that friends have shared or tagged.
