The house

The half-timbered house Kurfürstenstraße 13 is in Eggersheim , a district of the municipality of Nörvenich in the Düren district , North Rhine-Westphalia .

The eaves half-timbered house was built in the 17th century. It has 1½ storeys. The eaves side is clad with Eternit panels. The multi-storey construction with large curved struts has horizontal compartments. Some of the windows have been preserved in their original size. The anchor beams are tapped through. On the courtyard side is the entrance with the original cross-boarded, nailed door and a small skylight . The half-timbered house has a hipped roof .

The house was entered on March 8, 1985 in the monument list of the municipality of Nörvenich under No. 11.
