The ordinance on the approval of vehicles for road traffic , or in short the vehicle approval ordinance ( FZV ), has replaced the licensing- related parts of the road traffic approval ordinance (StVZO) and the previous vehicle registration ordinance (FRV) and standardized the approval of vehicles and People on public road traffic in Germany . The StVZO is to be replaced step by step. With the introduction of the Vehicle Registration Ordinance, changes in the federal catalog of offenses for traffic offenses were connected.
