Fakahiku (also: Fakahigu ) is a small islet in the north of Tongatapu in the Pacific . Politically, it belongs to the Kingdom of Tonga .
geography
The Motu ( Kongaloto ) is centrally located in the Lulunga district in the Ha'apai archipelago area . The closest islands are Luanamo , 'O'ua and Pepea .
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands in the Ha'apai group, Fakahiku is occasionally hit by cyclones .
