Faltosch

The Faltosch , also Faltasch , the Faltsch or Fallsche , was a Moldovan field measure . The dimensions were not uniform, but essentially corresponded to the following proportions:

The stingene matched the fathom . As a measure of length, it was eight feet / fists long, i.e. 2.2127 meters. The foot was calculated with 0.2659 meters = 122.61 Paris lines .
