The family center retail parks are part of a new and constantly expanding network of shopping centers in Hungary .

With the business centers, which are being developed according to the concept of so-called strip malls , the investor intends to introduce the Magnum Hungaria Immobilienentwicklung group of companies, a family-friendly form of shopping. This aspect is taken into account in the selection of the location and also in the development of the tenant mix. Each retail park will be built next to an already existing hypermarket or wholesale market with high turnover; alternatively, both can be part of the same investment.
