The Fang Glacier (English for Fang Glacier ) is a glacier on the Antarctic Ross Island . It separates the old from the new crater of Mount Erebus .
The Australian geologist Frank Debenham mapped it in the course of the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) under the direction of the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott . Debenham named the glacier based on the descriptive name of the Fang Ridge .
