Fared hall
Fared Saal (born February 18, 1989 in Bonn ) is a German-Algerian terrorist. His battle name is Abu Luqman al-Almani .
He has been active in the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) in Syria since 2013 at the latest . He became known through appearances in IS propaganda videos. One of the recordings from the Al-Schaar gas field shows the terrorist posing behind a pile of blood-smeared corpses. In addition, Saal is said to have recruited potential fighters and helped them emigrate to Syria. In December 2014 he is said to have tried to smuggle two minors from Austria to Syria. He was arrested in Syria in March 2018. A year later, still in custody, he gave an interview to several German journalists.
His name has been on a UN Security Council sanctions list since June 2017 .
He is married to a native Polish woman and has one son. He was friends with Denis Cuspert .
