Faruk Gul (* 15. August 1988 in Steinfurt ) is a German footballer of Turkish descent.

Career

Between 2009 and 2011 he played for 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 . He made his professional debut on July 25, 2009 when he came on as a substitute in the 2-2 draw against Wuppertaler SV Borussia on the first day of the 2009/10 season. Gül completed a total of 34 games for Heidenheim, but only made eight appearances in the third division in his second year there. After the season he left the club and moved to the Swiss third division club FC Schaffhausen in July 2011 .

He played for Germany at the U17 European Championship and came on two missions.
