Fazoli’s is an American fast food chain that specializes in Italian cuisine. The product range includes various pasta dishes such as spaghetti , lasagna and ravioli , as well as pizza , sandwiches and various salads . The chain is also known for its breadsticks , about 15 cm long dough sticks that are sprinkled with salt . In 2005 the chain operated more than 380 stores in 32 states in the United States . Its headquarters are in Lexington , Kentucky.
