Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions

The Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions (FORU) is the continental federation of Oceania responsible for rugby union . 14 national associations are affiliated to it, eleven of them are full members and three are associate members. The FORU organizes several competitions including the Pacific Rugby Cup , the Pacific Nations Cup and the FORU Oceania Rugby Cup .
