Federico Moleiro

Federico Moleiro (born February 18, 1939 in Caracas ) is a Venezuelan poet.

Life

The son of the composer Moisés Moleiro studied medicine and completed an internship at the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. He attended courses in electrophysiology and electrocardiography at the Félix Pifano Institute for Tropical Medicine at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and is a lecturer and researcher in the field of vector cardiography at the Institute's Cardiology Section .

Since the early 1960s he published poems a. a. in El Nacional magazine . Several volumes of poetry have appeared since 1970.

Moleiros brother Moisés Moleiro became known as a politician, philosopher and historian, his sister Carmencita Moleiro as a pianist.
