Holidays in Sierra Leone
This is an overview of the national holidays in Sierra Leone . The "Bank and Public Holiday Act" also stipulates, among other things, that if a public holiday in Sierra Leone falls on a Sunday , the following Monday is a public holiday. In addition, additional public holidays can be set for one year by the President. Among other things, this was the case on February 18 of the past few years, "Army Day " ( English Armed Forces Day ).
