Holidays in Slovakia
As in other countries, the public holidays in Slovakia are divided into state and Christian holidays. The religious holidays are the same as most of the holidays in other countries. Of the national holidays, only May 1st, as in other countries, and November 17th, which is the same holiday in the Czech Republic , are the same.
