Felgueiras is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ), in the district of Resende , Portugal . The community had a population of 315 inhabitants and an area of 8.27 km². Felgueiras is eight kilometers southeast of Resende.

On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Felgueiras and Feirão were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Felgueiras e Feirão . Felgueiras is the seat of this newly formed municipality.
