Felice Boselli

Felice Boselli (born April 20, 1650 in Piacenza , † August 23, 1732 in Parma ) was an Italian painter.

From 1665 to 1669 he was a student of Michelangelo Nuvolone. In his workshop he met the painter Angelo Maria Crivelli called il Crivellone , who exerted an influence on his later works.

Boselli mainly painted still lifes , the vegetables and venison in kitchens and pantries represented, as well as images with Vanitas -representations.

He also created frescoes in the church of Santa Brigida in Piacenza in 1702.

His pictures are mainly in the museums of northern Italy.
