Feliks Parnell (cameraman)

Feliks Parnell (born October 28, 1953 in Warsaw , Poland ) is a Polish cameraman .

Life

Parnell is the son of the Polish dancer and choreographer Feliks Parnell . From 1977 to 1981 he studied at the State University of Film, Television and Theater Łódź . He then moved to the United States, where he worked as an assistant camera for the feature films Liquid Sky (1982) and Silent Madness (1984). Parnell made his debut in 1988 as a cameraman for a feature film with the musical drama Mad Dogs, directed by Rick Rubin . In the next few years he made primarily independent and television films before directing several episodes of television series such as Medical Investigation , CSI: NY and The Event .
