The Devil in White (Original title: The Nurse ) is an American thriller from 1997 . Directed by Robert Malenfant ; the script was written by Richard Brandes , who also co-produced the film.

action

Nurse Laura Harriman's father kills most of his family in a state of excitement. Laura holds his boss Bob Martin, who previously accused her father of fraud, to be responsible for this act. She learns that Martin is paralyzed after a stroke and can no longer speak. Then she applies for the position of nurse Martins, which she gets. Harriman tells Martin how she plans to kill his loved ones. She then implements her planning.

Reviews

Cinema magazine wrote that “B-movie horror” was “trashy entertaining” . However, it is only a "fairly banal copy" of the film The Hand on the Cradle .

The lexicon of the international film said: “Tolerably exciting psychological thriller with a foreseeable course and some outrageous details. Most of the tension arises from the identification with the victim. "
