Feliksas Žalnierius

Feliksas Žalnierius (born January 2, 1941 in Kuolališkės, Tauragnai settlement , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian politician, mayor of Utena (1990-1995).

Life

1961 after graduating from the Tauragnai Middle School, worked as a teacher at the Bajorai School in the Utena district . From 1967 he worked as an engineer at "Utenos elektros tinklai". 1969 graduated from the faculty of radio electronics at Kauno politechnikos institutas and became an engineer. From 1990 to 1995 he was chairman of the Utena City Council (mayor), from 1995 to 1997 and from 1997 to 2000 a member of the Utena City Council.
