Ferdinand Apshoven II , also Ferdinand Abshoven , Ferdinand Abtshoven and Ferdinand van Apshoven , (baptized March 1, 1630 in Antwerp ; buried April 3, 1694 in Antwerp) was a Flemish painter.

Ferdinand Apshoven II was a son of Ferdinand Apshoven I and the younger brother of Thomas van Apshoven . He was trained by his father and David Teniers the Elder. J. , 1657/58 he was admitted as a master's son by the painters' guild in Antwerp. As a result he seems to have painted very little. His main field of activity was the trade in works of art. On January 20, 1657, he married Josina van Overstraeten, with whom he had four children. His youngest son, Willem van Apshoven, also embarked on an artistic career. From 1664 he was captain of the Antwerp militia. Between 1678/79 he was proposed as dean of the painters' guild, but turned down the office. On April 3, 1694 he was buried in St. Walburga in Antwerp.

Stylistically, his few pictures are similar to those of David Teniers the Elder. J. and those of his brother close. He mainly painted rural scenes, interiors, genre pictures and still lifes.
