Ferdinand Rüther

Ferdinand Rüther (born October 2, 1926 in Vinsebeck ) is a German biology didactic .

life and work

He studied biology and received his doctorate in 1966 from the University of Münster with a thesis on zinc resistance of heavy metal plants.

Then he was professor for didactics at the University of Education in Bonn . His main research interests, alongside biology didactics, were the study of heavy metal plants.
