architecture
This two-storey three-window house with an extended jamb and a short extension is located in the northern urban expansion area directly in front of the railway bridge spanning the Hermann Piecq facility . Traditional structure with floor cornices , protruding eaves and center-axial emphasis. Flat sloping gable roof that is barely noticeable from the street view. Above the smoothly plastered basement plinth, the ground floor, structured by imitation cuboids and keystones , with a deeply cut entrance niche (left), which is emphasized on both sides by stucco coffering . The upper floor, lavishly decorated as a " Beletage " with entablature roofing and accentuated in the center by an edicle-like edging with a blown gable and balustraded parapet decorations shows strong joint cuts in the remaining wall surface. The jamb floor is only smoothly plastered and decorated with console-like wall templates. The windows on the main floors are uniformly rectangular in shape and connected by parapet cornices on the upper floor. In the mezzanine directing three rectangles .
