Fernando María Castiella (1963)

Fernando María Castiella y Maíz (born December 9, 1907 in Bilbao , † November 25, 1976 in Madrid ) was a Spanish diplomat and politician.

From 1957 to 1969 he was the Spanish Foreign Minister during the Francoist period . He was also Professor of Private International Law at the Complutense University of Madrid .
