Telecommunication regulations

The Telecommunications Ordinance ( FO ) was a statutory ordinance in the telecommunications law of the former Deutsche Bundespost and contained individual regulations that were necessary to carry out telecommunications in practice. Included were z. B. the fixed fees and costs for the services provided by the Deutsche Bundespost. The telecommunications regulations were binding for the telephone subscriber and the Deutsche Bundespost.

Content

The first version of the telecommunications regulations was divided into four parts with a total of 52 paragraphs and contained three annexes.

When it was published in the Federal Law Gazette on July 1, 1971, the telecommunications regulations became law . It replaced the ordinance previously called the telephone regulations. Since the telecommunications regulations also stipulated fees and costs for connections and devices, the telecommunications regulations had to be changed frequently. The changes were made by announcing the corresponding amending ordinances ( ordinance amending the telecommunications regulations - AmendmentVFO ) in the Federal Law Gazette . 31 changes were made during the period of validity of the telecommunications regulations. On November 5, 1986, the telecommunications regulations were replaced by the telecommunications regulations (TKO).
