The Allenberg telecommunications tower is a 71 meter high telecommunications tower on the Allenberg near the Rüthen Heidberg industrial area, between Brilon and Rüthen .

The construction of the Allenberg telecommunications tower corresponds to a type tower (FMT 1), but it lacks the antenna carrier.

In the 1980s, a NATO ammunition depot was to be built at its feet . But it was not completed because of the end of the Cold War .

The peregrine falcon has been breeding in a nesting box of the working group Peregrine Falcon Protection North Rhine-Westphalia at the Allenberg telecommunications tower since 2012 .
