The festival luxembourgeois du Cyclisme Féminin Elsy Jacobs , formerly Grand Prix Elsy Jacobs , is a stage race in women's cycling that has been held in Garnich in Luxembourg since 2008 .
From 2009 to 2011 the competition was classified as a one-day race in UCI category 1.1, and since 2012 as a stage race in category 2.1.
The race is named after Elsy Jacobs , winner of the first ever road world championship for women in 1958.
