The Fidase Peak is a distinctive and 915 m high mountain in the north of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Trinity Peninsula, it rises 15 km east of Mount Jacquinot at the western end of the Mott snowfield .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him on 12 February 1964 following the acronym for the F alkland I slands and D ependencies A erial S urvey E Xpedition (1955-1957) under the direction of British surveyors Peter Gray Mott (1913-1995 ) in whose target area this mountain is located.
