Figoni & Falaschi was a French coachwork company based in Boulogne-sur-Seine .

The company was founded by Giuseppe Figoni, who was born in Italy in 1894. He built bodies on chassis from Bugatti , Ballot and Duesenberg . His specialties were coupés and convertibles with sweeping shapes. He became known for his superstructures on Delage chassis.

In 1935 Figoni took his compatriot Ovidio Falaschi into his company, as he brought the necessary capital with him to expand the business. The first vehicle to bear the name Figoni & Falaschi was a Delahaye 135. During the Second World War , the factories were used by the German occupiers to manufacture aircraft components. In 1948, body production was resumed, and again the first vehicle based on a Delahaye T 135 was built. In the following year, bodies were also produced for Talbot-Lago 26.

In 1950 Falaschi withdrew from the company for reasons of age, especially since more and more automobile manufacturers were offering self-supporting bodies in-house. Figoni operated the body shop for Simca , Bentley and Citroën vehicles until 1955.
