film20 - Film Production Interest Group was a lobby organization for German film and television producers based in Berlin . This was founded in 2001 during the Berlin Film Festival and on January 29, 2008 it was merged into the Alliance of German Producers - Film & Television .

The association had set itself the goal of representing the interests of the German film and television industry in relation to politics in order to fight for improved framework conditions for producers in this way. Important fields of action of film20 were the enforcement of producer interests in copyright legislation, the founding of the German Film Academy, the introduction of the German Film Funding Fund DFFF and the founding of the joint association for film, television and entertainment producers Alliance of German Producers - Film & Television (producer alliance ).

Secretary General was Georgia Tornow .
