Filomeno Soares

Filomeno Soares (born August 8, 1991 ) is a track and field athlete from East Timor .

At the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London he was the only athlete in his country to take part in the men's 200m - T38 and 400m - T38 disciplines . At the opening ceremony, he carried the East Timor flag . In the 400m - T38 he was eliminated in the preliminary run with fifth place in 1: 15.23 minutes.
