The Firths River is a river in the southwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .

geography

The river has its source on the southern slopes of Mount King William III. , which lies in the King William Range in the northeast part of the Franklin Gordon Wild Rivers National Park . It flows southwest and flows east of the north end of the Prince of Wales Range into the Denison River .

The Firths River flows through unpopulated areas in the national park along its entire course.
