Fischer Black Prize
The Fischer Black Prize (original: Fischer Black Prize ) is a biennial award for economics given by the American Finance Association in memory of the economist Fischer Black , which honors knowledge in the field of public finance . According to the statutes, similar to the John Bates Clark Medal , the award honors an economist who is younger than 40 - or younger than 45 if the person was older than 35 at the time of the doctorate.
