The yard's fishing

The Lasner fishery is a family-run fishery on the Großer Plöner See in the Schleswig-Holstein community of Ascheberg . The company is one of the oldest fisheries in Schleswig-Holstein. The tradition of the Lasner fishery can be traced back to 1810.

history

It can be proven that the tradition of the fishing family Lasner goes back to the year 1810. At first the family was based in Prussia as a fisherman under the name Laskowski , before Helmut Laskowski moved to the Großer Plöner See in 1954 to continue the existing fishery in Ascheberg. Sieghardt Lasner, nephew of Helmut Lasner, initially fished the small and the large Benzer See in Ostholstein . In 1978 he finally took over his uncle's fishing. Rüdiger Lasner, son of Sieghardt Lasner, also learned to fish. He took over the business in 2001. Before that, he had worked in the fishing industry for several years and in 1985 he founded his own smokehouse . In 1987 Rüdiger Lasner graduated as a master fish economist . In 2010 the fishery was named one of the “best fish shops in Germany” by Feinschmecker . Over the winter of 2011 to 2012, the site was modernized due to lack of space. The character of the former fishery should be preserved to the outside world.
