Fishhook Ridge (English for fishing hook ridge ) is a 100 m high mountain ridge on the North Skjöld coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises on the east side of the Sobral Peninsula .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it that way in 1990 because it looks like a fishhook when looked at .
