The Fitzgerald Stream is a river on the Antarctic Ross Island . It flows from the lower, ice-free slopes of Mount Bird between Fitzgerald Hill and Inclusion Hill over McDonald Beach to McMurdo Sound .

Participants in a 1958-1959 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition explored it. The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him after E. B. Fitzgerald, the campaign's deputy head.
