Flávio Maria Guterres da Silva

Flávio Maria Guterres da Silva is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of FRETILIN .

In the elections for the Constituent Assembly on August 30, 2001 , Silva won the direct mandate of the Manatuto district with 55.04% of the vote.

With the independence of East Timor on May 20, 2002 , the assembly became a national parliament and Silva was a member of parliament. Here he was chairman of Commission D (Commission for Agriculture, Fisheries and Environment). After the new elections in June 2007 , Silva left parliament.

In 2018 Silva was the second Deputy Secretary General of FRETILIN.
