The Flörkendorfer Mühlenteich is a pond in the municipality of Ahrensbök (near Flörkendorf ) in the Ostholstein district in Schleswig-Holstein . The pond is irregularly shaped (with an oval water surface), has a size of about 2.3 hectares with a length of about 100 meters and a width of about 200 meters.

The water of the larger Flörkendorfer pond to the north-west flows into the Flörkendorfer mill pond - both dam the Flörkendorfer mill pond - and it drains eastwards at Flörkendorf , where the mill was located, towards Schwartau . It was created as a mill and fish pond .

Others

The much larger Flörkendorfer pond is often incorrectly referred to as the Flörkendorfer Mühlenteich - because the latter is often not noticed due to its small size and hidden location.
