FlatOut 3: Chaos & Destruction

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

FlatOut 3: Chaos & Destruction is a racing game by the Dutch development studio Team6 and the sixth part of the FlatOut series. It was published for Windows in December 2011 by the Canadian publisher Strategy First . A version for Android was also released under the title FlatOut: Stuntman .

FlatOut 3 builds on the concept of the predecessor. The drivers compete against each other on circuits and fight for victory. This can be achieved both by driving fast and by turning off the competition.

The reception was unanimously extremely negative. Metacritic calculated a meta rating of 23 out of 100 points.

Gameplay

In FlatOut 3 the player takes control of a vehicle and competes against a variable number of opponents on various routes. The variety of routes and vehicles has been significantly increased compared to the previous titles.

Like its predecessors, FlatOut 3 is one of the arcade racing games. This means that elements such as track design and vehicle driving physics focus more on action than realism.
