Flatbrød
Flatbrød is an old Norwegian baked product, similar to a flatbread . It is made from dough rolled out a millimeter thick, without leavening agents such as B. yeast . The dough is baked on a stone or iron plate. The hard, fragile Flatbrød can be dried for over a year. Flatbrød can be made from different types of grain, e.g. B. oats or barley , but also from pea flour. Only salt and liquid are added.
