Installed capacity and annual production

In 2015 was Ireland concerning. The installed capacity of 9,557  MW in place 63 and with respect. Annual production of 25.2 billion kWh in place 70 in the world. The degree of electrification was 100% in 2016.

Wind farms

At the end of 2013, wind power plants (WKA) with an installed capacity of 2,037 MW were in operation in Ireland . According to The Wind Power , wind farms with a total output of 4,155 MW were in operation at the end of 2019, 25 MW of which were offshore. As of June 2020, there are 302 wind farms in Ireland (some of them are either individual wind farms or planned wind farms).
