List of power plants in Swaziland
This is a list of Swaziland's current, planned, and past power plants .
The electricity supply in Swaziland is regulated and ensured by the Department of Energy of the Ministry of Natural Resources & Energy . The only energy supplier is Eswatini Electricity Company . The electricity demand can only be covered by 15-17 percent of the company's own power plants . The rest of the electricity demand is secured by long-term contracts with Eskom from South Africa. The planned expansion of electricity production is designed in such a way that the forecast growth in electricity demand is covered.
