In 2016 was Peru concerning. The installed capacity of 14.73  GW in place 51 and with respect. Annual production of 50.13 billion  kWh in place 54 in the world. The degree of electrification was 95% in 2016 (97% in cities and 89% in rural areas). Peru was a net exporter of electricity in 2016; it exported 55 million kWh and imported 22 million kWh.
